Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our atelier in Hyderabad, Telangana. As each piece is handcrafted with care, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for dispatch.

We operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timelines:

• Metros: 3-5 business days

• Rest of India: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation update via email and/or text message. This notification will include your order details and a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, Carmanya does not ship to locations outside of India. We look forward to offering this service in the future.
