Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Carmanya product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may initiate a return for a replacement or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging (dust bags, boxes, etc.) intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Custom-made or personalized orders.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at support@carmanya.in within the 7-day window. Kindly include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

Await Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return.

Return Shipment: We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. In the rare case that a reverse pickup service is not available for your pincode, we will request you to courier the product back to us. We will compensate you for any courier charges incurred in this case.
Resolution: Store Credit & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds.

If your return is approved, we will process your resolution within 5-7 business days in the form of:

A replacement (for a different size, etc., subject to availability).

A store credit (issued as a gift card or code) for the full value of the item, which you can use for a future purchase.
